When buyers are looking at your exported inventory to place an order, they expect to receive the file in a timely manner, and for the file to be up-to-date with the most recent stock quantities. Previously, sellers would have to manually export files at the buyer's request. My Stock Sheet fixes this problem with a secure download link that can be re-generated by admins if necessary.
How to share Shopify inventory
Sharing your Shopify inventory with buyers and sales reps is very simple with My Stock Sheet, and only takes one minute.
Download the Shopify App and install it on your webstore - you need the Pro plan in order to access the features described in this guide. After you've installed it, open the app in your Shopify Admin section. Your size-run stock sheet file is already available in the dashboard, and can be downloaded by visiting the download link. This link can be shared with private buyers, or you can ask your developers to display it on your website (if your product offering is meant for the public).
If you've accidentaly shared your download link with someone who shouldn't have access, you can re-generate the unique link from the Download section in the Shopify App. Doing this will disable the previous link, so make sure to share the new link with everyone who should still have access. You can re-generate the link as many times as you want.
