Who we are

Stock Sheet is a Shopify embedded app that helps merchants export product inventory spreadsheets.

What data we process

When a merchant installs and uses the app, we process store and user session data provided by Shopify, including shop domain, access scopes, access tokens, and limited user profile fields available through Shopify sessions.

We also store merchant configuration data required to run the app, such as enabled export columns, branding preferences, stock masking settings, plan tier, and download token metadata.

How we use data

We use this data to authenticate merchants, access Shopify product and inventory data on their behalf, generate spreadsheet exports, manage billing status, and provide app settings functionality.

We do not sell merchant personal data.

Data sources

Product, variant, inventory, and supported metafield data used for exports are retrieved from Shopify APIs using the merchant's authorized app access.

Storage and retention

App data is stored in our database infrastructure and retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Session and token records are managed according to Shopify app authentication flows and app lifecycle events.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (such as hosting and database providers) and with Shopify as required by the platform. We do not share merchant data for advertising resale purposes.

Security

We use HTTPS in production and rely on Shopify's embedded app authentication model. Access to merchant data is restricted to what is required for app functionality.

Your rights and requests

Merchants can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Shopify privacy webhooks are implemented for customer data request, customer deletion, and shop deletion workflows.
